I understand, but please acknowledge that this needs to be communicated. The system for scheduling (customer sets time to bring in car) and getting your car looked at (goes into a queue behind whatever car other cars are there) discourages me from getting service at the dealership for my vehicle. Based on the other responses, this is a common problem. Schedule less appointments, and you may be able to keep your schedule and retain customers.
