Short of the long, they lost a customer over $150 TOPS Short of the long, they lost a customer over $150 TOPS and in the end it wasn’t about money, it was the lack of respect shown throughout the process Short of the long, they lost a customer over $150 TOPS and in the end it wasn’t about money, it was the lack of respect shown throughout the process to the point where I was the nice laid back guy talking with a bunch of the managers on a personal level while they kept adding more and more money to the down payment (paying the first month 2x at one point), to me being so angry I called Toyota directly (a waste of time). To add after the review was posted, the sales person who was supposed to call me multiple times over 2 weeks finally called me the day AFTER the vehicle was supposed to come in and 5 DAYS AFTER EXPRESSWAY TOYOTA CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION (again over $150 tops). He was rude, antagonizing and tried to play games on the phone. Was he calling to be a jerk or is expressway Toyota that poorly run that they don’t know that THEY CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION 5 DAYS PRIOR? He couldn’t do anything before without a manager, but was now going to solve issues? He LIED to me at-least TWICE on the phone and they were stupid lies at best. I was so angry i called Toyota directly who had a “customer service manager” call me and she was useless. Never offered any type of help. Yes I was angry on the phone, but when the sales person calls you 4 times and then you have to tell him that instead of if calling you multiple times and every time you tell him to have a specific manager call you and he doesn’t and just continues to call you. The last phone call was him telling me it was his day off... I said instead of calling me to tell me that, call the dealership and leave a message for the manager to call me. Also multiple people at the dealership knew i was away (and part of the reason why I was getting the truck) was to deal with my deceased father’s apartment... not a fun task, then throw in someone calling you multiple times antagonizing you and lying to you through the phone MULTIPLE TIMES. Original review: Before I went in to look at a vehicle they were great with following up with me. Constant e-mails, when an you come in, etc. When I went in I thought I was getting a good deal but later found out that I wasn't. I went back and spent around three hours there on a Saturday. They agreed to the deal with an added a few hundred dollars on. I agreed to it and then they came back an added more on because they said it did not include the first months payment which the original amount did per the fine print. I agree to the additional amount again and was then told they would contact me, of course after running my card. I was supposed to hear back within nine days. Never got a phone call. Four days later went into the dealership and spoke to a manager who said HE would call me the next day and he never did. When I asked who would be reaching out, he assured me it would be him who reached out the next morning. Went back down to the dealership when I didn't hear anything in the afternoon. The manger said one of them was supposed to call me (again the day before he said he would call me) and they "offered" to cover my first months payment. I noted that I paid for it 2x already and the original options were to cover my rental or the frost months payment and I said I wanted the rental covered. They said no, we'll only cover your first months payment. Probably $150 difference at most and they said no, even after I agreed to over $600 more throughout the process. Won't be going back there. Guess it's gong to be something else for a find car and not a Supra. More
Quick, reliable service with a courteous smile! They got me in and out in about an hour and a half for my annual check up and inspection.
