1st visit for inspection. The guy scratched my brand new car. 2nd visit for oxygen sensor, service advisor (Wes) told me about a week for back order item for my new car. Then two weeks later I called to che car. 2nd visit for oxygen sensor, service advisor (Wes) told me about a week for back order item for my new car. Then two weeks later I called to check and a guy (not Wes) told me to come in. The next day I came in he told me the item still back order and asked me “who told you to come in, item still back order.” When it was him that told me to come in. I’ve wasted a day. Now almost a month already still no call from Wes. Smh! More

Started my car search on the phone and I received best offer from Expressway Best price after calling 10+ Toyota dealerships. Best customer service! Started my car search on the phone and I received best offer from Expressway Toyota for my 2020 Tacoma and Corolla. No one had even tried to match the price. Then they arrange my pick up from South Station since i was coming from 100+ miles away. The sales rep Josh Sims picked me up and he was just amazing throughout the day. My insurance company dropped the ball on one of the cars and we were unable to register it by the end of the day...Josh made sure I get home that day. Arrange with his boss to get a dealer plate on my truck and 6:30pm i was gone ( they close at 6 !! ). Great work!! Highly recommended Dealership and sales rep !! More
