1st visit for inspection. The guy scratched my brand new car. 2nd visit for oxygen sensor, service advisor (Wes) told me about a week for back order item for my new car. Then two weeks later I called to che car. 2nd visit for oxygen sensor, service advisor (Wes) told me about a week for back order item for my new car. Then two weeks later I called to check and a guy (not Wes) told me to come in. The next day I came in he told me the item still back order and asked me “who told you to come in, item still back order.” When it was him that told me to come in. I’ve wasted a day. Now almost a month already still no call from Wes. Smh! More
