Expressway made my vehicle shopping process very easy overall and they maintained a good balance of assisting me with decision making but not being too pushy. Excellent service I was shopping for a new Tacoma pickup, and travelled from western MA because of low advertised prices on the internet. There was some confusion about what these trucks were equipped with, and I felt that over the phone, the sales people made several mistakes. However, the pricing on Tacoma pickups was still excellent and I bought one. After negotiating the sale price, the costumer service was amazing. I was registering the truck in VT, and they drove the new truck to VT for me. In VT, the polite young man changed the licensed plates for me! More
