I purchased my vehicle here and brought it back for service. Until a couple months ago, my air bag had a recall and during the service, my interior had been damaged. It took me several calls and visits until they were willing to replace it. When it was ready, a piece of my trim was missing along with my phone holder but I did a can off empty nestea in my vehicle. I had to make another trip to get it reinstalled. One day I decided to do my oil change and noticed I’m missing my cover plate for the oil drain. I called and called...left messages and not until several tries, I was able to get a hold of somebody and I’m told my vehicle “may not” have a cover plate. Hard to believe because I have a skid plate. She will look into it and it’s been a month.....needs more time???!!!! More

If you want to the best price, no gimmicks or bait and switch, value your time and don’t want to waste time at the dealership, Expressway Toyota is the way to go!! Even with traveling an hour, passing about 4 other Toyota dealerships, I won’t waste my time on any other dealers, Expressway has earned all my future business for car leasing, and I’ll be sure to tell my friends and family the same. Shane, the sales associate took very good care of us from the initial meeting to the delivery. Upon delivery he reiterated to us (he went over this during the test ride) all the features the vehicle had and the benefit of having each.
