We met with Chris Moody and he was just simply awesome. Toyota couldn’t accept my husband’s college certificate in Canada for the new grad discount which is sad. However, Chris was very patient, understood our situation and gave us different choices. He smiled the whole time and made us feel very comfortable to negotiate and get a car that was within our budget. I think the other salesman also jumped in to help with the final offer which I don’t remember his name, maybe Bill, and he was also very nice.
