Disappointing experience I was looking for a Lease on a Highlander, so I booked an appointment on a Saturday at 10. The day of the appointment I received a call from BIll, 45 I was looking for a Lease on a Highlander, so I booked an appointment on a Saturday at 10. The day of the appointment I received a call from BIll, 45 min before the time, to confirm it, what I did. I arrive at 10 am, somebody call Bill and told me that he was busy with another customer, so I had to wait. I wait 30 min and BIll never showed up, so I left. After 1 hr Bill text me saying that he was not aware that I was there. Really !!! What a waste of time, poor work ethic and honestly the worst customer experience. More
