Easy and no pressure I was a little nervous coming in to get a car but mr. george Chandler changed that. He made me feel comfortable and he is very funny. Called in and spoke with julde over the phone who discussed the leasing options of a 20 I had an overall great buying experience from start to finish. Called in and spoke with julde over the phone who discussed the leasing options of a 2019 Toyota Sienna. When I went into the dealership I was greeted by Datrin who made this the best experience possible. He went over all the specs and features of the van with my family and I. Finance process was also a breeze. I’m very happy with everything and my kids love the new car!! More
Good Experience second time-around Overall The dealership experience was much better than the others that I've previously had. I worked with Nathan Nguyen who was fine to work with. Rather knowledgeable about the car I was looking into getting. My first experience at the dealership, back in January 2019 (it's now April 2019) was not the best as there was an advertisement within the mobile and desktop versions of the Expressway website. The website advertised an employee Discount Sale for all currently in-stock new vehicles. I later found out that the Website just hadn't been updated in some time and included wrongful and misleading information. At the time, the 2019 Rav4 was released and I planned a visit to the dealership specifically to look and inquire details regarding this model, unknowing of the advertisement errors on the website. When I went in person, Nathan was not aware of the advertisements I mentioned and informed me this sale ended in December of 2018, and was advertised specifically to 2018 models. Despite my frustration with the news, Nathan annoyingly continued to sell the 2018 Rav4 to me during this initial visit; which I had absolutely no interest in purchasing. I quickly left the dealership afterwards. The second time I visited the dealership was during Toyota's advertised "Big One" sale. After doing some research, I found that Expressway had a pretty good sale price for the 2019 Rav4 gas models and decided to get more information about one. In doing so, I worked with Nathan again and he was able to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle. I then decided to purchase the vehicle after comparing their final price with other dealerships in the area. The dealership didn't offer me any other discounts other than the ones already assigned and the college rebate given by Toyota themselves. Overall, it was a much better experience when I ultimately decided to purchase a vehicle at this location. The process did take far too long to go through as I spent several hours sitting at Nathan's desk and waiting. More
