My first experience was with Lesley Salado who responded to my inquiry via phone. Lesley was very helpful and informative with my questions and assured me that they could help me. He asked questions to determine the best car to suit my budget and took time to be sure I had all of the information available to make an informed decision. Shane worked with me through the entire process of my purchase. He introduced me to Leo who worked with me on financing and kept me informed on the process as I waited to pick up my car the following day. I appreciated the fact that his approach was genuine and non-pushy. When my car was ready, he took time to explain details including turning on the lights, finding the wiper blades and instructions for registering products included with my purchase. Shane got me through the entire process from driving up in my old car to driving away in my new car in around three hours. I glad we both focused on the deal and did not get side tracked by other things ( in my old car to driving away in my new car in around three hours. Shane approached us in a helpful and friendly manner and the process only got better from there. Within 30 minutes we had checked out the car and got all the money issues resolved. Shane is very professional knowledgeable and focuses on understanding his customers needs. The rest of the office staff we worked with we equally respectful of our time and within a total of just 2 hours, we drove the new car home.
