Joel impressed me right away with his extensive knowledge of the vehicle I wanted. He was always patient no matter how many questions I had. There was no hard sell. No nickle-and-diming. It was wonderful. Joel was willing and able to work with me every step of the way. The vehicle I wanted was being advertised for quite a bit more than my budget allowed. When I told Joel, he asked me what would make me happy. I told him how much my budget allowed and was AMAZED when Expressway Toyota said OK! Joel made the entire process of buying a reliable used vehicle straight forward, easy to understand and virtually stress-free. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I've ever had buying any vehicle, new or used. When I told Joel it would be very hard for me to drive 260 mile round trip from my home in Vermont to the dealership in Dorchester, MA (because the state of MA doesn't permit the use of temporary plates), Joel had two of his young associates drive it right to my door! At no extra charge! I was very grateful and very impressed. The young men showed me all of the vehicle's amazing features and stayed as long as needed to answer all of my questions.
