When I walked into Expressway I was already very aggreviated I had just gone to Boch on the auto mile in Norwood. I was treated rude and and the "sales manager" was SO DISRESPECTFUL to me. I adv them I did not like the way I am being treated and I wanted my keys//reg back and they declined to give them to me I had to wait almost 40 mins which at that time I adv them if they do not give them back I will call the police well the manager just laughed at me so I called 911 to get my own stuff back..... I was so upset and angry I thought let me walk into Expressway and see and I have to say I saw Boch on the wall and I was just about to walk out and some smiling faces came up to me and I said no thank you I am all set with Boch and they stop me from leaving and wanted to hear my concerns after that I was introduced to Tony the sales person who asked me what I was looking for and ext. I then test drove a car ending up loving it so we sat down to discuss numbers. Tony gave me the invoice right off the bat with out me asking and we went back and forth only once and the deal was made. I was so SUPRISED AND HAPPY on how easy and friendly this was, I was actually excited to come back to Expressway Motors and see the crew from sales to sales managers all friendly and very happy. I cant express how nice it is to hear some laughter from employees just makes it a happier place where people would like to go.~!!! THE SALESMAN THAT WAS HELPING ME LET ME SIT AT HIS DESK FOR 25 MINUTES ALONE AND AS I WAS SITTING THERE I SAW HIM HELPING OTHER CUSTOMER'S WHICH DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS A VALUED CUSTOMER. I was met at the front door by a throng of salivating salesmen waiting to pounce on me. I was rushed, spoken to with attitude, and said to myself "I'll never go back there." I took my Ford Escape to Expressway Toyota's service dept to be repaired when my alternator died unexpectedly. Although I was not happy about my unexpected repair, I'm so thankful for the customer service I received. Their professionalism was second to none; however, they were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Expressway Toyota! More

I went here with my boyfriend to buy a new car. The sales guys were not helpful at all. He was interested in a car so I put a deposit down on it. I would NEVER EVER return here even if they were giving cars away! They are slow with doing paperwork. Overall just a BAD EXPERIENCE! Also when I approached my car after making a scene I found that someone had SPIT ON IT! How gross! More

With that being said I wanted to single out a particular employee who made my experience the best I've had yet. Damon Kiser made what I believe to be a painful process go as smoothly as it could possibly go. During the sale of the car he exercised great patience and professionalism.
