We apologize for your experience with your vehicle, and your overall experience with our dealership. The Carfax report we provided was for the specific vehicle purchased by you, and was the latest, most current information available at the time of sale, from Carfax. During the customer's ownership time, we addressed a customer driveability concern right after the vehicle was purchased, and then we had one more service visit 7 months later, to address a different concern. This vehicle was Toyota Certifed, and carried an extensive Toyota Factory backed warranty up to 100,000 miles, good at any Toyota dealership in the United States. We offered to repair the vehicle, or trade it in towards another. In addition, we have processed your service contract cancellation,and you should have received the refund check by now. Again, we apologize that you had a negative experience with your vehicle, and our dealership,and wish that we had more of an opportunity to address the vehicle concerns at the time.
