Brought my car for a mileage servicing, asked to remove broken bulbs from inside 2 lights and get my inspection. Was called at 1 o’clock to pick my car up and arrived at 4pm, left at 6 after waiting for my broken bulbs from inside 2 lights and get my inspection. Was called at 1 o’clock to pick my car up and arrived at 4pm, left at 6 after waiting for my car because they forgot to do the spark plugs (essentially the main item of the mileage service besides air filters and fluids) and instead of getting the bulbs out was told to “try something long to get it out” instead of the Toyota dealership I brought my car to be serviced at removing a headlight and tilting it over to get debris out. I saw a lot of bad reviews here and now I understand. More
