My vehicle requires a software update, prompting me to schedule an appointment with the service department. They advised me to arrive at 8am. and informed me over the phone that I could leave my car and r schedule an appointment with the service department. Upon arrival, I encountered an attendant who was notably curt from the outset. A gentleman approached to collect the keys, and she instructed him to hold. She then informed me that repairing my vehicle would take more than one day. I clarified that I was told I could pick it up at the end of the day. Subsequently, she began speaking in Spanish. Although I am proficient in Spanish, it was apparent she could not discern this. She then communicated to a colleague in Spanish, "here is another guy who is going to need a ride home, and we can't send him back with the Uber." She then stated she needed to speak with the manager. She entered an office with a glass door, pointed at me, and returned to inform me that I needed to reschedule because the parts required for my vehicle were unavailable. Parts? I had previously contacted VW, which provided a letter indicating that my vehicle only required a software update. I am perplexed as to where the parts mention originated. Consequently, I have decided to seek service elsewhere. I advise against visiting this establishment, which is rated two stars on Yelp for a reason. I will not return again. More
I am not a fan of this service department at all. The thing that I truly dislike is, every time I go for service I need to update my email address as that is how I ask for my updates to be sent. They say they will give me a hard copy just in case I don't get the email. However, when reviewing the documentation given at the end, it is still wrong. It has been years and they still cannot update it in all the correct places. Moreover, if I explicitly ask for correspondence to be via email, the default should not be SMS. More

The car had several issues right from the start, and it took three weeks befo White Plains, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The car had several issues right from the start, and it took three weeks before they even acknowledged that they couldn’t fix it. They eventually sent it to their Jeep department, which did an amazing job resolving the major safety issue quickly. The team at Jeep was professional, communicative, and efficient. However, my initial experience with Tasca Volkswagen was frustrating. They kept me in the dark about the status of my car, and I had to constantly reach out for updates. While they ultimately resolved the major issue, the lack of communication and customer care was disappointing. I highly recommend the Jeep team for their excellent service. They turned a difficult situation into a positive experience!” More
