This review is for the SERVICE DEPT. @ Tasca VW in Elmsford. I want to give a shout out to Migual who is amazing and to Anthony Morrone, who I just had the pleasure of meeting yesterday @ Tasca VW in Elmsford. I want to give a shout out to Migual who is amazing and to Anthony Morrone, who I just had the pleasure of meeting yesterday,4/29/25 - for my Beetle Airbag Recall Notice. Ever since Tasca took over WP VW things have gotten a lot better in regards to their service dept. I took my 2018 Beetle in due to a recall notice on the airbag, while there, I asked Anthony Morrone, Service Agent, if he could also take a look at my left wiper & check my oil light which was still on even though I didn't need an oil change. He offered me car service to go home since the Airbag Recall could take a few hours. I chose to stay telling him if it's more than 2 hrs I'd take him up on it. Luckily for me it didn't! Anthony kept me posted through my time waiting which in the end took less than 90 mins! Anthony explained the technician's report to me and what to keep in mind for my next service. I felt SAFE leaving their Service Dept. knowing my car was in good hands & that the technician didn't skimp on doing his job. Anthony also gave me a Free Car Wash voucher. I'm very pleased with today's visit. I expected it to be long & drawn out. It wasn't. I recommend Tasca VW Service to everyone who owns a VW and who are looking to buy a VW! Gina - Yonkers NY More

I Went to look for a car the same day I walk out with a new car that I love Volkswagen Tiguan 2024. Definitely ask for Jose Rodriguez he’s the sweetest salesperson and it feels so comfortable making busin new car that I love Volkswagen Tiguan 2024. Definitely ask for Jose Rodriguez he’s the sweetest salesperson and it feels so comfortable making business with him , he explained everything and was very easy talking and professional.. person to person .. He showed me the car and we worked with the numbers and he got me the best deal! I got it the same date I couldn’t believe everything was fast but not rushed . Very professional, attentive, ambitious, and sincere in her efforts to make the customer happy. During negotiations, the price was just a bit higher than I wanted to pay. I was ready to walk away a coulpe times. Carolina went above and beyond in her efforts to get the price right, for me to purchase the car. My wife & I are very happy with our purchase at a good price. Carolina was a big reason in our decision. If you go car shopping at TASCA VW, I highly recomend you ask to have Carolina Perez as your sales associate. She'll get the job done for you. More

24 hours ago I purchased a used Volks Tiguan. Drove from NJ to NY on Sunday to purchase a car to find out that business office wasn't in so I would have come back on Monday. Left a down payment t Drove from NJ to NY on Sunday to purchase a car to find out that business office wasn't in so I would have come back on Monday. Left a down payment to hold car and came back on Monday. Before I came on Monday I did the financing online to help speed the progress. Despite that I sat there for 2.5 hours waiting for the deal to be done. As I drove home to NJ the check oil light came on. I immediately contacted dealership and asked why this would happen if the car was properly serviced before being sold. I got really no answer. I was told to bring back to dealership and I explained that it was not convenient and could they set it up with dealership closer to me. I explained I had plans to go out of town this week and need to have it done Wednesday morning. That is what fits my schedule...they said we will get back you asap. I have heard nothing despite text, call and email. I made my own appointment with local Volkswagen dealer. This level of customer service on a car that was 18k is very troubling and they should be embarrassed. More
