However, after the way they treated my mother and witnessing her experience I have been converted to Volkswagon......but not just any dealership.  LASH and LASH alone will get my business. Every person there from the service center to the sales floor greeted us with a smile and just took the time to make sure we were good. Whenever you need him, he is just there. Though we were buying an used car, we were treated as if we were buying a new one. He will answer all your questions concerning the car. Worst service ever!!! Not only did they have me wait 3.5 hours and end up checking for rattling in the wrong section of the car, but someone also left a long pen mark on th Not only did they have me wait 3.5 hours and end up checking for rattling in the wrong section of the car, but someone also left a long pen mark on the roof of my car. They tried removing it and the following day left a huge stain which is worse them the pen mark. Since they now had to provide me with a loaner to remove the stain and check for rattling, they told me that a car would be available the following day. I called the next day and again twice the following week and did not receive a call back. I then spoke to the manager who said they might have a loaner the following week and I would be contacted. Two weeks later , I'm still waiting for a call back. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER! !! More

The best dealership I have worked with I was looking for a car for a couple of months. I went to Lash because it's not far from my house. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. Unprofessional It was a sure thing they would sell me a Jetta GLI because that's the car I really wanted. I tried so hard to buy a car from these folks. After coming in for a test drive, I waited 5 days to get a response from the salesman with an inquiry on availability of color/trim and price quote on a new model and for a quote on a pre-owned model they had on their lot. When he did call me back, he had a price but no color availability on a new model not on their lot and no info on the pre-owned. He said he would get back to me. I waited 2 more days and called him during normal hours and left a voice mail. Now it's been 3 more days, and still no response. With both new and used selling options they were SURELY going to sell me a car. They goofed up a sure thing for their business, wasted my time, and turned a customer off of his (affordable) dream car. I was polite and they were too--just deeply inept. If you're within a reasonable driving distance of Danbury, I have two friends that claim that dealership is solid. More

Excelent service and professionalism I recently purchased a car at Lash VW of White Plains and I wanted to acknowledge and thank the wonderful people that assisted me in the process. From the moment we walked in,our sales agent ,Chip Pop,greeted us at the door and was extremly polite, helpful and kind. He listened to what we were saying, guided us with practical options and never once made us feel forced into a deal. I have to say, that is a very rare feeling at car dealership. The finance manager Rick Correa , as well as the sales manager Mike Spatola, also made our experience very enjoyable. After we decided on a car with Chip, Mike and Rick helped us through the approval process , informing us of what would be happening step by step. They were able to get usa great deal on our brand new Jetta. We are in love with the vehicle, and again,thank the tea for all that they 've done! Overall, my experience at Lash VW was beyond enjoyable and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a good car, and more importantly , looking to deal with people who care more about costumer than the sale. 5 star experience!!!Thank you More
