Came to Lash to check out the CC and the EOS. My husband had just leased a Jetta in the fall and was extremely happy with both the car and his experience with Lash and his salesman Lester Li. Lester was extremely knowledgable about both vehicles and explained them in detail to me so that I was able to make an informed decision. He was extremely professional in every way and did not put any pressure on me at all - just gave me the information I needed and then sent me on my way to decide. Lester gave us a great, great deal on both the CC and the EOS but in the end I went with the EOS for the "fun factor". Picked up my car this past Friday - Lester had it all gassed up and ready to go for me. He took 1 hour of his time to go over every aspect of the car and then followed up the next day to see if I had any questions. My leasing experience was truly nothing but pleasurable. This morning I called Lash to confirm that a vehicle I saw on their website was still in stock. The vehicle is a 2012 VW Passat TDI SE with Nav and Sunroof in black exterior. In searching for this almost impossible to find, very high demand vehicle I thought I had called every dealer in NY, NJ, CT, and RI, but somehow I had missed Lash. Unlike all the others who had cars listed on their websites which had long been sold, Lash actually had the car in stock. I was connected to Lester Li as my sales associate, Lester was eager to answer my questions, and anxious to help me get this car, but Lester was in no way pushy or aggressive. He simply wanted me to get what I wanted and helped me understand how to make it happen. My situation was not the easiest in the world: I had a 2008 Audi q7 to trade with negative equity, I have less than perfect credit, and of course I wanted the car delivered today. Not one of these issues presented a challenge for Lester or the team at Lash. Edgar the credit manager was incredibly courteous and efficient finding me a great rate, the sales manager was forthright, knowledgeable, and accommodating with my trade, and Lester coordinated the whoie process with incredible expertise. At no time did I get that icky car buying feeling, no misteries, no trickery, no deception, just a great experience tailored to my needs, I drove away in a beautiful new car today and it will save me $300 dollars per month in gas alone. I highly recommend Lester and the entire team at Lash to get yourself a VW. I have been a loyal Audi owner for years, but with the level of refinement on the new passat, I can't imagine paying 10k more for an A4 or 30k more for an A6. Just because I have to keep it real; I do need to add the one negative comment that I have...get a better coffee maker guys!! All in all an exceptional experience at Lash. More

My purchase of the 2012 Touareg was an excellent experience. My circumstances were rather unusual as I was on the other side of the earth when I wanted to buy the car and my initial contact with Las experience. I contacted 3 different VW dealers in the area and explained my situation and needs and Ms Walters from Lash was the only one who answered my email inquiry. Throughout the purchase process Ms Walters was very helpful, honest and she truly made the process hassle free. We agreed on everything from price, financing, extra options and delivery via email and when I returned to NY I was able to pick up my dream car the very next day. Excellent! The process at Lash when I picked up the car was also very smooth. Ms Walters had everything arranged and I could have been in and out in less than 30 minutes with my new car if it was not for the fact that all the staff at Lash were very friendly and I generally had a good time there. The Team at Lash, and in particular Ms Walters, made my purchase experience great & personal and I will definitely both recommend and use Lash again for any car purchase and maintenance. More
