From the moment I made the phone call to inquire about getting a VW the experience was pleasurable. I spoke with Tiffany on the phone, and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to genuinely care ab getting a VW the experience was pleasurable. Tiffany, and Lash VW as a whole, was willing to work with me to get me to a price I was comfortable with, and made the overall experience seemless and easy. I will definitely be returning to Lash VW for my next car, and would want Tiffany to be my rep. again. Even better, I LOVE our jetta! More

My five month old car was brought in for a defective part. The dealer told me it was my fault and that I should pay for it myself. The did not fix the car. They did not show me what they said was wro part. The dealer told me it was my fault and that I should pay for it myself. The did not fix the car. They did not show me what they said was wrong. They did not listen to me. They did not contact me after I wrote to the owners to complain. Kia is supposed to have a good warranty. The paper is worthless in this dealership. Stay away! More

Lester Li was very quick and responsive to all my emails; from the shopping stage to the delivery stage. The jetta was one of 4 cars and 4 dealers I checked (and 2 Mazda dealers), but in the end, Lester made from the shopping stage to the delivery stage. My experience with Lash VW was easy, pleasant and honest from the first phone call through car delivery. Lester Li was my sales person and I would highly recommend him. He is professional, well-mannered and has excellent and timely follow-through. On the day I was receiving my car, Lester picked me up at the Stamford RR station and drove me to their location, where he spent plenty of time going through all the features. Lester was well-organized, patient and knowledgeable in his presentation. There was one thing that I wanted changed on the car - and Lester took care of it through the service department on the spot. I also had dealings with Nicky Costello,the finance person. He too, was most helpful and forthright. Price-wise, Lash offered a reasonable discount on the 4-wheel drive version of the Tiguan, which is scarecely available at the present. In all, a very pleasant car experience was had at Lash VW! More

Customer service was way below acceptable. Car was delivered without proper inspection and the amount of inconvenience for me to correct this unnecessary repair did not matter to any of the staff at t delivered without proper inspection and the amount of inconvenience for me to correct this unnecessary repair did not matter to any of the staff at this dealer. As a matter of fact I was told they were not even sure this problem was not caused by me. So to add to the already enormous amount of time and inconvenience I had to tolerate, my integrity was questioned. I would suggest that anyone looking to purchase a car buy anywhere but here. More

Taken my care for service 3 or 4 times. The overall experience is very acceptable and I will return again. As far as pricing and labor, it is expensive with all dealers. The customer service reps are friendly, personably, knowledgeable, respectful. The mechanics so far have done a good job. The most important reason I select VW service over a private mechanic is hoping that the mechanics are highly knowledgable and trained. More

I thought I made a good deal only to find that management cancelled the deal for a lame reason, I wanted a 2012 Passat SE Platinum gray with sunroof. I even put a deposit down for the car!
