He was terrible, gave us a ridiculous interest rate even though our credit was excellent, he was rude, and gave us misinformation regarding the payment options. We left extremely frustrated and unsatisfied. The next couple of days were filled with phone calls from the manager and Tina apologizing for their analysts behavior and we decided to give them a second go but with another finance guy. the second time around Was excellent and we walked away with our dream car! Awful experience They are con men. Faked others being interested in a vehicle. Gave me a price that I wasn’t happy with so I left. When I finally relented a few days l They are con men. When I finally relented a few days later since it was the truck I wanted, all of a sudden the price went up another $1000. Lied to me about incentives expiring(they didn’t expire till 1/2/19.) I called them on it and got a bunch of BS. Do your research and visit another dealer. More
