This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Tate Dodge (Ron Channell) in the past 3 years. Every time both he and Natalie in the Finance Dept. always get the job done and done well. My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Tate Dodge (12/17/13). When we arrived at the dealership, we were met by a salesman (Anthony Stewart). Anthony asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. He was not overbearing and did not try to pressure us into anything. We were able to find the vehicle we wanted with all of the amenities but it was a little out of our price range. Anthony was understanding and tried to work with us on the price. In order to get the price we wanted, Anthony brought his General Manager (Shawn Frick) into the deal. Shawn also was very helpful and not pressuring. After us being a pain to both Shawn and Anthony, they were able to give us, what I believe to be a good deal on the vehicle we wanted. After the numbers were crunched, we went to finance. Our finance person was Jerry Tannever. Keeping suit with the rest of our experience, Jerry was very helpful and again did not try to push anything on us. Jerry simply offered us the warranties they sell and when we refused, he didn't keep pushing the issue. Jerry was able to get us in the payment range we wanted with a great interest rate. Our overall experience was great and we recommend this dealership to anyone. Make sure to ask for Anthony. More
