Josh, you sold me my vehicle, and I can attest to the fact that you did your bets to make sure that I drove off the lot that day with a vehicle. The run around I have rec'd from you, your salesman, is so very pathetic for a industry that should pride itself on its customer service habits, not its monthly quotas or numbers. Me as a # has been so firmly planted in my mind that I will not retract any statement made here or henceforth unless you can prove to me that you and your people did what in any customer based industry would've have naturally done... Helped. Doing something to remedy the situation after the fact will help you or this review none. You can thank Nikki for me, she was the only one who responded when all I wanted was advice from the person who sold me my car. You should be ashamed of yourself and that stupid salesman who, like some sort of robot, asked me if I wanted to take a test drive. Seriously? It''s time you re-examine your processes in customer relations after the purchase because from this point forward I will never walk-in nor recommend your dealership to anyone I know, or will know. I am extremely disappointed in you most of all. After specifically asking for you to contact me only to pass me off as a nobody to Neal? Who the fuck is Neal? Why would I want to talk to Neal? Did I ask for Neal? Does Neal know me? Did he sell me my car? What? Because you're a manager you get to just shove off people you don't want to talk to on to your subordinates? I guess that's your prerogative. Hope this deflates your managerial ego a bit. Potential buyers are clearly all the matter to you, and that's fine, I understand how business works. You simply and clearly failed here. You're not saleman. You're a number. Salesman #14, and I'm customer #82... moving right down the conveyor of apathetic discharge. Thanks for a wonderful customer experience. Maybe you could hire a robot to shake people's hands as they walk out the door too. So disappointing.
