Friendly service, good communication Came in to have vehicle serviced under warranty, vehicle was tested and diagnosis confirmed, parts were ordered (short block) and came in within a few Came in to have vehicle serviced under warranty, vehicle was tested and diagnosis confirmed, parts were ordered (short block) and came in within a few weeks, which was supposed be a shorter time period, but had to wait on a gasket that was backordered. Once all the parts had arrived, the vehicle was dropped off and we were given a loaner vehicle, which was fantastic since we were out of our car for about 2 weeks. Once the car was done, we got a call to pick it up and came to find the car fully detailed and looking great. Fantastic service and people. Tim Boyce is always my go-to guy for all my needs besides service, and Mike and Josh in service are always great and knowledgeable. More

Great Service and employees! I we had car trouble on Sunday And had to drop the car off at the dealership unexpectedly. I received a phone call early Monday morning explaining wha I we had car trouble on Sunday And had to drop the car off at the dealership unexpectedly. I received a phone call early Monday morning explaining what they felt was wrong with the car and an estimate of the work that would be needed and the approximate cost. They repaired the car quickly and got it back to us. This is the first mechanical problem we’ve had with our Ford Flex. Many thanks to Joel and Mike in the service dept. I appreciate their years of service to the customers. Also, a big thank you to the mechanics for the great work done. We have always had work done on previous cars at the dealership. Love our FLEX! Have never been disappointed!! More

Convenient location Let me start out like this.... So basically I go here because it’s a convenient location, not because I want to do business there. This is my first ba Let me start out like this.... So basically I go here because it’s a convenient location, not because I want to do business there. This is my first bad review of this place, only because I don’t want to bad review it every time I go but that’s what would happen if I reviewed every time. This past experience I wanted and oil change and tire rotation. All I received was the oil change because the service staff decided my tires were to cupped to rotate. They didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted it done regardless of the noise he said I was going to hear if they did what I asked, they just did what they wanted. It would have taken him two minutes to explain the situation to me while I was in the waiting room, but that didn’t happen. Luckily for me I’m Mechanically inclined so I saved the money, went home and did the 20 min task myself. I have a few more experiences similar to this from this place but I’m not going to waste anymore of my time at or for Taylor Ford Of Manteno. I’m just gonna find a new shop. More
