We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed on your last visit. We highly recommend that our customers schedule their service visit but we do leave 20% of our shop time for emergency's and walk-ins. It is the responsibility of the Advisors to monitor the extra slots and when they are full to direct our customers to the scheduling office to have an appointment set up. Some days we can take a walk-in at anytime and others days we are full by 9AM. With the reconstruction that we are currently under our employees use their personal phones to call from the shop up to the advisor or from the advisor to the shop to help productivity and work flow. She was not being rude just trying to be productive. Bob Swiger, Service Director
