Great Service - Worth the Wait service technicians are very friendly, Taylor Hyundai always takes good care of our car and it is worth the wait. Next time ask 2 1/2 hours after my appointment we were finally done ... for a routine service. The wait was for a wash. Although I appreciate the wash, I would have 2 1/2 hours after my appointment we were finally done ... for a routine service. The wait was for a wash. Great Service as always! I was able to easily schedule service for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe on line. When I arrived, Ponce greeted me and we talked about what I needed/wanted I was able to easily schedule service for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe on line. When I arrived, Ponce greeted me and we talked about what I needed/wanted. He mentioned additional services but was not pushy. The customer lounge was clean and offered coffee & tea. My car was serviced, washed and swept inside in a reasonable amount of time. I have always had great experience with Hyundai Service since 2004 when I bought my first Hyundai. More

April Oil Change The service was OK but the wait time was too long. My appointment was at 10:45 am and I was there until 1:30 pm. I found out the guy who told me my car would soon be ready went on lunch break so no one else knew my car was ready. Once I got my car and was headed home I noticed a message on my dash that my car needed to be serviced. They forgot to reset the message after servicing my car. More

Ms. Sherri in sevice was great and pleasent great customer s On 04/17/18 I Mrs. Phyllis Montgomery called to inform the sevice department my light was on in my car. I didn't know what was wrong with it so could I bring it in they said fines. Miss Sherry she looked at my tires and said they were worn and that I needed some new ones. She wanted to make sure I got the best price so she went and she looked at a couple of prices of tires she came back and I got the best deal on tires I have ever gotten at Hyundai. I am so glad that she waited on me on the 17th of April that will keep me coming back. You need Night 10 more people like Miss Sherry in Service Department. I am a very satisfied customer. Made a frustrating experience a lot easier to handle. I had to have my Elantra towed to Taylor because of a flat tire, but service writer Ponce took over from there. The flat tire was replaced free of cha I had to have my Elantra towed to Taylor because of a flat tire, but service writer Ponce took over from there. The flat tire was replaced free of charge (road hazard warranty), the tires were rotated and the oil changed. When it turned out I needed a new battery, Ponce called and informed me of the cost. When my wife drove me over to pick up my car, Ponce took it upon himself to have my wife's Volvo washed and detailed....something the Volvo dealer where my wife bought the car has never done! More
