When contacting the dealership with problem to be resolved or made right I got brushed off again and again instead of making things right honoring their customer. That I feel isn't good business. I get business and I am up front straight to the point. Because my time is just as valuable as my customers time. Don't need to lie to get a sale. They are not thorough, they lie, and you do not receive all I didn't receive paperwork for my certified warranty, nor for the loan. I didn't get the type of loan that I had asked to have.
