Outstand salesman We came to look and possibly trade. James Leisure listened to my issue and concerns and did everything he could to make sure I kept my family safe and We came to look and possibly trade. Poor finance Sales people are good, finance needs work. The more I think about how finance treated me and the way the manager said "well 99% of the people we deal with are OK with our process" the more irritated I get. They also added $3,000 to purchase price, $1,500 for "paint and fabric protection" and another $1,500 for some deal they made with the bank to supposedly lower my interest rate. The finance guy seemed like he was trying to guilt me into buying the extra garbage they try to add to the loan. More

Did not go over maintenance schedule, was interested in the sell, not the person purchasing the car.
