Went in for oil change, appointment 8:30. I was there at 8:25. At 9:24 I noticed my car was still in the parking lot. I notified the guy who greeted me in service area. He immediately got a mechanic to pull car into garage area at 9:35. I pull out of the parking lot at 10:31. 2 hours for a simple oil change. Unacceptable. Next morning I check the oil, it’s HIGH. Go to dealer, same rep comes out to check, yes it’s HIGH. He pulls into garage for another oil change. Find out it was 1.5 quarts to HIGH. Another hour shot. Rep apologized for their HUGE mistake. 99% of customers don’t check oil level after having it done at a dealership. Overfilled is unacceptable More
Never in over 30 years have I had such a terrible experience. I will never allow this company to touch a car that I own ever again. I had my 2017 Tucson towed in on 11/9/2023. On June 14, 2024 (yes experience. I will never allow this company to touch a car that I own ever again. I had my 2017 Tucson towed in on 11/9/2023. On June 14, 2024 (yes 7 months) I had to have it towed to another shop. I was charged $5400 to have my car return in worse condition than it was given to them. I took it to the dealer because I thought they would be more knowledgeable. I could not have been more wrong. So I was without my vehicle for over 7 months with a $5,400 bill. I have never been so disappointed in a business in all my life. The level of incompetence is honestly surprising. I wish I could give a less than 1 rating. More

I had one of the worst service experiences I have in years at Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg when I took my Sonata in for recall remediation. First, the service department rarely answers the phone, in years at Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg when I took my Sonata in for recall remediation. First, the service department rarely answers the phone, in fact I had to email them to setup on appointment, I couldn’t seem to do that by calling them. Second, during the recall work they damaged the brake light switch causing the brake lights to be on continuously which damaged my battery, they replaced the damaged switch at no charge but not the battery which I felt was wrong considering my battery was fine when I dropped the car off for service. When they finally pulled my car around for pickup it was the wrong car ! When they found my car they couldn’t find the keys. If my Hyundai broke down Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg’s parking lot I would think seriously of towing it somewhere else. More

Professional, clean, friendly and trustworthy. I never took my cars to dealerships for service in the past because they were expensive, the waiting rooms smelled of gas and oil , and, it seemed the I never took my cars to dealerships for service in the past because they were expensive, the waiting rooms smelled of gas and oil , and, it seemed they wanted to convince me to get something fixed that I had not come in for. (I did not trust them to not create issues while I languished in the waiting room.) Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg's service department has proven my old assumptions wrong. I usually work with Tom who is very professional and straightforward. He tells me exactly what will be done and how long it will take. He never tries to sell me something that I do not need. The prices for services are competitive and I know I am getting Hyundai parts The waiting area is clean and comfortable and all the staff that I encounter are genuinely friendly and professional. More
Took me ahead of scheduled time I really appreciated that they let me drive in early and gave me a quicker visit than I expected. The service is very efficient.
