VP was helpful, the rest is just like anywhere else. Tried to sell us a rolling coffin first and in the end we still ended up on the short end of the stick. Would not recommend to anyone. The purchase and trade was made over the internet and phone. Very fast response with any email questions. I was very pleased with the price. The truck was ready when we arrived but no floor mats the prep guys didn't leave them with the truck. Team dealership stepped up and with upgraded the mats. Paperwork work done in a timely order answering all my questions. I purchased a truck that had 3,400 miles on it practically new and I ask about getting a window sticker and extend warrenty. Kristin Haynes has been very helpful to answer any questions and request after the sale. She has proven after the sale their customers aren't forgotten. For this reason we wll be back. More

Not planning to drive away with a car that same day...we did. I can honestly say that it was completely due to Brian Roman's kindness ,patience and confidence that convinced us to stay with team Chevy. When did. I looked online and saw a vehicle, asked for more info and Kelly Sales talked to me. I went and looked at vehicle but found another with his help I liked better. My trade in had some issues that I did no and Kelly Sales talked to me. I went and looked at vehicle but found another with his help I liked better.
