Hi Greg - I am sorry to hear that you have not received any response from us. Kelly is no longer with us, so I am happy to help with your concerns. I have just placed the order for the window sticker (the transaction ID is 65074). We will call you when it gets here - but we have to wait for GM to print it and mail it. As far as the warranty is concerned, we sell both the zurich warranty and the GMPP (gm warranty). We offer the Zurich warranty because it offers many more features than the GMPP. Some of these features are: FREE rental for a repair that is 6 minutes or longer (GMPP requires an overnight repair), Zurich is honored at ANY dealership in the country (ford, chevy, toyota, etc) whereas GMPP must be completed by a GM dealership (this could become an issue when you are traveling). Also, the Zurich warranty has trip interruption coverage. This means that if you are traveling and have a break down, they will pay for your lodging and your food while you are having the car repaired. If you are still interested in a warranty I will be happy to go over both of the packages (GMPP and Zurich) in detail with you. Do you still need floor mats? We have some mats here at the store. Kristin Thank you for your response. Wished I had gotten to you before. I noticed that something wasn't right (the too laidback attitude) with Kelly when I picked the truck up. After the sale he no time for calls or emails. I have worked for Terrell Camping for over 15 yrs and never would have told a customer to pull their floor mats out of the trade and use them. Thanks for the offer but I am looking at replacing the mats with HUSKY LINERS. As for the warranty I was looking at something like I had on another Chevy. It was 99,000 miles 6 years with like a $300 deductible or even little more. I don’t plan on using it much so the higher deductible is fine if it gets the price down. Thanks Greg
