I bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado brand new from this Chevy dealership, and I’ve already had to replace the thermostat. Now, the transmission has failed and needs to be replaced. My truck will be in the shop f dealership, and I’ve already had to replace the thermostat. Now, the transmission has failed and needs to be replaced. My truck will be in the shop for about a month. Even though the repair is covered under warranty, Chevy and the dealership are only reimbursing me for 5 days of a rental car—leaving me to cover the rest out of my own pocket. No loaner vehicle was offered. I’m extremely disappointed in Chevy’s customer support and in this dealership’s lack of help during a major issue with a fairly new vehicle. This experience makes me question the long-term reliability of Chevy vehicles and how they treat their customers after the sale. More
