I had a 2000 Silverado that I got 234,000 miles so I decided to go back to Chevy. While looking online at Ed Bozarth Chevy I received a very nice call from LaToya Smith in the Internet sales department. She asked when would be a good time to come see some new Silverados.. Well I came in on 5/18/2016 and she set me up with John Barry my Salesman. John was never pushy and all class. Once I test drove the Silverado 4x4 I was in Love with that truck. Next John had me talk to Nate in Finance and once again another classy member of the team. Now I didn't have the greatest credit but Nate never made me feel bad and actually gave me good recommendations. Once He was done talking to the Banks he had Jaun The sales manager come in and I was like he's going to grill me to buy at a higher payment. No he listened to my concerns and closed the deal. Jaun was like the God Father I can't say enough about the Team at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet. It was such a great experience I kinda wish I was buying another Vehicle today.. Great Experience! Very Accommodating Team! I went into Ed Bozarth with the intent just to look around and shop multiple other dealerships. Immediately I was greeted by Wayne Sanchez who I prob I went into Ed Bozarth with the intent just to look around and shop multiple other dealerships. Immediately I was greeted by Wayne Sanchez who I probably drove a little crazy walking all over the lot to look at close to every possible model car. I also had some personal time constraints while I was there. Wayne took the time to listen to my needs, discover what I was looking for and set me up in the right fit. As a sales manager in another industry myself, these were very important traits for me in a sales person. We took a few test drives, ran more than a few numbers and Wayne was even willing to come back late at night after being off to accommodate my needs. His dedication and customer service (I know, it's ironic because its a car dealership) ultimately played a large deciding factor in my decision to purchase with Ed Bozarth. I also worked with James Miyasato in finance. We had quite a bit of back and forth on numbers, but James heard me out and after a little while we were able to reach a comfortable number for both of us. Given that I walked in without a set vehicle in mind and was open to different types, this by far has been one of the easiest experiences I have had at a car dealership and would recommend these guys to anyone. Straightforward honest & friendly staff My wife and I were set on getting a Tahoe for our family, we were tight on a set budget and couldn't seem to find what we wanted in our price range. My brother told me to go to Ed Bozarth and as for Zito and Nathan, and they could help me find what we wanted and in the price range we needed. As soon as we got to the store we were greeted by Zito (my brother told him we were coming). He introduced himself and then showed us a Tahoe we liked. He got the paperwork written up and introduced us to Nathan Syme (finance) and Nathan said give him a few minutes and before we knew it the financing went through and we were now owners of a 2015 Tahoe. The two of them made the whole process painless and very comfortable. they were never pushing us to buy and gave us options we didn't think we could afford. I would recommend them to all of our family and friends. Thank you again Zito and Nathan for helping us get a vehicle we really wanted. More

That is when it was discovered that a mechanic error during the oil change caused a cable to fail, the part is not available locally and so my car will sit at the dealer over night and all day tomorrow. I will not be compensated for the inconvenience. Save yourself a headache and go some place else. More
