Service tech was awful. Rude, cocky, arrogant. Never advised me that I would be charged $250 to get a price for light bulb and a clip for my sunroof. My vehicle was there fo Rude, cocky, arrogant. Never advised me that I would be charged $250 to get a price for light bulb and a clip for my sunroof. My vehicle was there for a repair that was covered under the warranty. I have never had to pay an excessive fee when get a warrantied repair done on all the years of having vehicles serviced at this dealer. I would have never had them look up the price for a part at that price. I opted not to have the light bulb replaced at $700+ so I believe i was charged this just because I didn't want the work done at that time. I also stated that since the vehicle was there that it was due for an oil change, again something I have a service contract for. The oil change was not completed when I came to pick up my vehicle and they just nonchalantly said "oh you can make an appointment and come back to get that done. I obviously will not be returning to purchase another vehicle or have any work done to my vehicles at this dealership again. You have lost a customer for certain More
