Customer service is lacking. 6 hours with an appointment made 2 weeks in advance. Parts ordered two weeks in advance. Truck dropped off night before. Stating an early pickup. Also Trucks with shuddering issues should be fixed at dealership expense especially since it is caused through the manufacturing process. Everyone is very nice and the pricing is right up front. My only disappointment is that when I bring my Bolt in for servicing, if they find anything that needs attention, it takes a second appointment sinc My only disappointment is that when I bring my Bolt in for servicing, if they find anything that needs attention, it takes a second appointment since they don't have electric car mechanics around for that. I do love that they make a video of their inspection and send it to you before you need to make any decisions. It was also annoying that they were trying to buy my car while I was waiting for my car. Hello, I am giving a rate of three stars because the car that I am leasing from this dealership I only had issues for one year ago. I believe that is the fifth time that I had to take it for "X" or "Y" issu that I am leasing from this dealership I only had issues for one year ago.
