I took my truck in for an airbag recall, and a day later the airbag light came on. I brought it back at my earliest convenience and was told it would be taken care of. However, after spending the entire day the airbag light came on. I brought it back at my earliest convenience and was told it would be taken care of. However, after spending the entire day there without a shuttle ride home, I was informed that the technician couldn’t find the issue and that it would require additional time—along with an extra $600 on top of the $300 I had already been charged just for diagnosis. At this point, I’ve spent $300, lost a full day of work, and the issue is still not resolved. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I don’t feel the situation was handled appropriately. I will not be returning to your dealership for service. More
