After a few days, I decided to call Team Superstores and on that Friday morning, I spoke to Rocco Marconni. He and I were communicating via phone call and text messaging. I told him that I was interested in the 2015 Camaro and only wanted to spend a certain amount on monthly payments. That same afternoon, I discussed it with my wife. As my wife and I went to meet Rocco at the dealership, she recognized him from church. Upon meeting Rocco, we all instantly connected with one another like old friends. Rocco was very informative, detailed, and answered all of my questions about the vehicle and also in regards to the financing of the vehicle. Not only did he display himself in a professional manner, he also made it where we were comfortable and satisfied with our purchase. He made the entire transaction such a smooth process from when we spoke on the phone earlier in the day until we closed the deal that very night. Friendly, effective service After researching many different cars, I finally went in to Team Superstores to check out a Chevy Volt. I had called prior to coming in and spoke with After researching many different cars, I finally went in to Team Superstores to check out a Chevy Volt. I had called prior to coming in and spoke with Rocco Marconi, who said I should ask specifically for him when I got there. We connected at the dealership and he showed us several different Chevy Volts. He didn't try to sell me on something I didn't want or need. I had my wife and 2 year old with me, and Rocco let me take them all on a nice long test drive, even though that meant that I had to put the car seat in the back for my daughter. This was extremely helpful in figuring out whether the car was the right fit for us, and nothing I thought I would actually be able to do. When we returned from the test drive, Rocco pointed out that the dealership had one used Volt on the lot. He gave us a great deal, which saved us a bundle of money compared to a new car. He didn't even try to sell us on the extended warranty, which we ended up buying anyway for an extra $40.month. The only thing I wish was a little better about the whole experience would have been for Rocco to have had more technical knowledge of the vehicle. There were a few things about the technology of the vehicle that were not explained entirely accurately. I still give a 5-star rating though, because at some point, the oweness is on the consumer to know what they are getting into. Bottom line is that I got the car I wanted at a great price and the experience was top notch. I would consider Team Superstores for a future purchase. More

Even while sitting in the office employees would smile and greet you. The salesman I had today was Timothy C. He was awesome. He didn't pressure me, he was extremely honest. He also got me in a 2015 that was top of the line. He worked so hard for me, especially due to the fact my credit was not so great, pretty poor actually. He got me in a car I was extremely happy with within a matter of 2 hours!! Quick service! He also went above and beyond by following me home so he can get some of my paystubs I forgot! VALLEJO, CA Back in 2012 Rocco sold me a beautiful Chevy Equinox that I feel head over heels in love with. That vehicle took me so many places and created so many memories!! Well bless its little motor as it started getting a lil old but still cranky!!! (You know engine still cranking!!) ‘Cuz it is the lil Equinox that could!! There always comes a time you just gotta say out with the old and in with the new!! I just did NOT know it was that time UNTIL, I was greeted at the front door, once again of Chevy Team Superstore’s with all those wonderful professional folks and their endless smiles. I LOVE this dealership. Then here comes Rocco Marconni………….the man……….. with his beaming smile. He runs up to me saying “Well, how you doing Young Lady?” We hugged and laughed and he immediately says come here I got something to show you. Well, of course he did!!! I jumped in this brand new 2015 Equinox LTZ, top of the line, only 7 miles on it. I took it for a spin and as he must have known, I feel in love all over again………….I came back telling him he was crazy for doing that as there is NO WAY I could even buy something, that nice, that new …..not a chance. He told me I was crazy, as he sure could get me into that car. So we stepped into his office. We were talking about everything, catching up as we have been here before. This is actually my 3rd or 4th car deal with Team. Then I started telling him stories about Gavin and Wayne, 2 of the best “Service guys” as I dealt with them years ago when they were with Dodge………..haaaaaa Rocco used to be there too!! Anyway, I have had so many good experiences also getting car serviced here at Team. I am so glad Team has Rocco, Ricky, Dale, Gavin and Wayne. So good to see all the best guys in one place now! OK, Rocco started bouncing around figures AND it was a Memorial Day weekend where they have an actual “Buy Back” program, that Rocco started years ago. I just never believed it when I got those letters about the buyback………….I thought it was a just a ploy to get one in there and talk them into a new car. WRONG…………..it really works. We were sitting in his office and along come a very sweet young man named Ricky with waters and snacks for us!! Thank you Ricky!!! Then before I knew it I was up in finance and there was another wonderful gentleman, Dale Clontz. He was very nice, respectful, smiling and answering a hundred questions with grace and style. Boom…………I took that brand new 2015 Equinox home with me…………it’s that easy folks. When you have “Quality” people backing a really good product it works. Team Superstores, you are one well-oiled machine!! POOR Rocco I kept him after 7 or 8pm getting everything out of my car transferred to my new luxurious ride. I actually was tearing up as I was so attached to my old Equinox, plus I had my stickers on the back of old Equinox and bless Rocco’s heart, he got those stickers off old one and transferred to new Equinox! I had to go back the next morning to tie up some loose ends. So I swung by Service Dept. to say “HI” to my old buddies Gavin and Wayne…………Gavin about jumped over counter to congratulate me on new Equinox. He was so excited he said Rocco already told him to be sure I was well taken care of in Service!! Now that’s what I’m talking about folks!! TEAM SUPERSTORES ROCKS!!!!!
