I dealt directly with Gavin for many years (at dodge icky dealer as it did NOT stand behind its product.) we got to talking as I recognized him and Danny chimed as he remembered me (from dodge). I am so happy to see TEAM hiring the best for their service dept. They have an incredible waiting room with great TV, another room with 3 computers and lots of fresh coffee and refreshments. They always have a free shuttle to get you home and back OR a car rental standing by. I always love going to get service here as it is such a great experience.
