I walked into Team Superstores and Rocco Marconni practically took our hands and ran us through the car purchase process. We told him, "we want a spacey, easy to drive, and economic car." He then handed me the keys and said, "drive the car and do with it like it is your own car and we will see you later." After Rocco answered Liz's many and my questions, we said go ahead with the purchase. After Rocco had told his assistants to go ahead with the paperwork he answered our remaining questions and the whole process was done in less than 2 hours! Rocco was confident, mature, and answered all our questions. We felt that all our needs were met at the sale and any questions and car needs will be met at Team Superstores in the future. More

It has been 10 years since I bought a new car because I hate dealing with car salesman. I have never received such respect and exemplinary service anywhere. He really listened to us and explained things until we understood. Buying a car is a big investment and Rocco made it a simple and painless making sure we got a deal and were completely satisfied. I will return to him in the future and also refer my friends because I know that they will receive the same high degree of service. My mother in law came with us to pick up the car and she was amazed at the service. She had just purchased a new car at another dealership and was disappointed that she had not contacted Team Chevrolet because she had contacted several dealerships before buying and never received 1/2 the service that we received from Rocco. Prior to coming to Team, we had gone on-line to our homework, emailing Costco dealers and being referred to other dealerships through autos.com. Neither the Costco dealerships nor the Autos.com referrals contacted us. We received automatic reply emails saying that they would contact us within 24 hours and a week later we still have not heard from them. We just happened to be in Vallejo and decided to stop to see the Equinox and Rocco was there to greet us. We are now true Team converts!
