I was in the market for a used vehicle for my son and ended up in Vallejo at another dealership to test drive a used Chevy Colorado. Lets just say I was not impressed with the service I received. Since I was in town I decided to check out Team Chevy to see what they had on the lot in the way of used cars/trucks. I was met by Rocco and explained what I was looking for. I also explained that our daughter was interested in a Chevy Cruze. I told Rocco that we were either going to get her a new car as an 18th Birthday/Graduation present or buy something used. Rocco was so helpful, he said what if I can get you in a new car for what you were going to spend on a used one? I said good luck. Well long story short and a week later after many phone calls and text messages we purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze from Rocco and Team Chevrolet. The entire staff were so helpful. I am not the easiest person to work with when it comes to buying a car and Rocco and staff were so patient with me. They even gave me a large bow to put on the car. My name is Stephanie and I was led to this dealership through a program designed to help people with challenging credit. Rocco was friendly, positive and responsive to my initial inquiry - and it only g through a program designed to help people with challenging credit. Rocco was friendly, positive and responsive to my initial inquiry - and it only got better! I arrived at the dealership early and while waiting for Rocco, I met with Arman who was so helpful, his demeanor was calm and accomodating - I felt like he was really interested in what I wanted versus what he wanted to sell. Arman's knowledge of product - outstanding!!! I met with Rocco to start what I thought would be a tortuous process because I know my credit would be challenging and possibly impossible. Thank God for Rocco! A real person with real life experience in the pitfalls of life, he never judged and was very reassuring that we would get me into a car. And that is exactly what he and the Finance team did! My credit says "1972 beater-mobile", Team Superstore got me into a brand new 2013 Chevy Sonic!! I am forever grateful for the excellent experience and feel like I can come back from a rough road. Again, praise God and thank you Team Superstore!! More
