Very satisfied I had already bought a car from team Chevrolet 3 years earlier and had a great experience. I got a smoking deal and absolutely loved my car. However life has been good to me and it felt like it was time to upgrade. So i came in to trade in my car for a larger car. Brian Hughes met me at the door and was very professional. He spent all day with me going thruogh all the cars and options. He was very knowledgeable and in tune with my needs and wants even though i was not sure. He came up with great options and deals working with Rocco A. Marconni. Many good bargans i couldn't make up my mind. I ended up leaving without a car to explore some different options, but came back imideatly after visiting another dealership. I was a difficult customer no doubt about that, but the service was much better at Team Chevrolet. The funny part is that i ended up buying the first car Brian Hughes showed me and recommended. Its been a few days now and i love my new car and feel like i got a great deal, and had a good experience. I also feel like i gained a trusted friend in the car business. I highly recommend at least checking them out if your in the market for a new car or to trade in your old car for something awesome. Shop happy my friends. Thanks Brian! P.s. i had returned a few days later to ask a few questions about the car i recently perchased and Mr. K Elmi stupped right up answered all my questionds and reprinted out a paper i had misplaced. Being 20 did not matter I had the chance to drive the car first hands and even give it some speed to decided if i really wanted it. After deciding i wanted it Team Super store spent hours trying to find a bank that would take me and overcoming all obstacles to get me the car even staying after hours just for me. Being a 21 year old college student, and a first time car buyer, Rocco took the time out to explain what everything in every contract meant instead of just trying to haggle me with unnecessary payments and getting my multiple signatures. First things first, I told Rocco my maximum price limit that I cannot exceed. He made it work. He actually even made things better than I expected! He gave me advice about how to handle money the right way, and warned me about mistakes I want to try and avoid. I came in with my mom and aunt to look at cars. Being a young lady, he didn't make me feel like a child. Even though my mom and aunt were there, he knew I was the one buying the car. Therefore, he put a lot of his attention towards me, and not just towards the "adults" in the room who already understand all of this stuff. Being my first time buying a car, I have to say.. After a few days, I decided to call Team Superstores and on that Friday morning, I spoke to Rocco Marconni. He and I were communicating via phone call and text messaging. I told him that I was interested in the 2015 Camaro and only wanted to spend a certain amount on monthly payments. That same afternoon, I discussed it with my wife. As my wife and I went to meet Rocco at the dealership, she recognized him from church. Upon meeting Rocco, we all instantly connected with one another like old friends. Rocco was very informative, detailed, and answered all of my questions about the vehicle and also in regards to the financing of the vehicle. However, this is the 1st experience that buying a "certified used, loaded vehicle with an "attractive price and maintenance servicing packages," had got our attention and grabbing that car. Friendly, effective service After researching many different cars, I finally went in to Team Superstores to check out a Chevy Volt. I had called prior to coming in and spoke with After researching many different cars, I finally went in to Team Superstores to check out a Chevy Volt. I had called prior to coming in and spoke with Rocco Marconi, who said I should ask specifically for him when I got there. We connected at the dealership and he showed us several different Chevy Volts. He didn't try to sell me on something I didn't want or need. I had my wife and 2 year old with me, and Rocco let me take them all on a nice long test drive, even though that meant that I had to put the car seat in the back for my daughter. This was extremely helpful in figuring out whether the car was the right fit for us, and nothing I thought I would actually be able to do. When we returned from the test drive, Rocco pointed out that the dealership had one used Volt on the lot. He gave us a great deal, which saved us a bundle of money compared to a new car. He didn't even try to sell us on the extended warranty, which we ended up buying anyway for an extra $40.month. The only thing I wish was a little better about the whole experience would have been for Rocco to have had more technical knowledge of the vehicle. There were a few things about the technology of the vehicle that were not explained entirely accurately. I still give a 5-star rating though, because at some point, the oweness is on the consumer to know what they are getting into. Bottom line is that I got the car I wanted at a great price and the experience was top notch. I would consider Team Superstores for a future purchase. More
