My name is Stephanie and I was led to this dealership through a program designed to help people with challenging credit. Rocco was friendly, positive and responsive to my initial inquiry - and it only g through a program designed to help people with challenging credit. Rocco was friendly, positive and responsive to my initial inquiry - and it only got better! I arrived at the dealership early and while waiting for Rocco, I met with Arman who was so helpful, his demeanor was calm and accomodating - I felt like he was really interested in what I wanted versus what he wanted to sell. Arman's knowledge of product - outstanding!!! I met with Rocco to start what I thought would be a tortuous process because I know my credit would be challenging and possibly impossible. Thank God for Rocco! A real person with real life experience in the pitfalls of life, he never judged and was very reassuring that we would get me into a car. And that is exactly what he and the Finance team did! My credit says "1972 beater-mobile", Team Superstore got me into a brand new 2013 Chevy Sonic!! I am forever grateful for the excellent experience and feel like I can come back from a rough road. Again, praise God and thank you Team Superstore!! More
