I first spoke with Ms Ojeda about an issue I was having and she was able to make me an appointment within an hour. Very customer focused. Within minutes of arriving I was able to talk with Stanley Renz wh and she was able to make me an appointment within an hour. Very customer focused. Within minutes of arriving I was able to talk with Stanley Renz who was very accommodating as he explained what it would take to diagnose the problem and due to my schedule, there wasn’t enough time left in the day so we rescheduled for the following day. As it turned out, I left and was back within 20 minutes. My vehicle broke down or gave me unsafe warnings and I was able to limp it back in and was prepared to leave it, but still had another appointment to meet at that time.while I was at my appointment Stanley called to let me know that the issue was minor and was fixed in a few minutes. That was a huge relief. I’ve had the pleasure of working.with Stanley before. He’s thorough. and knows his business. I have nothing but good things to say about the service department. I will be back with my 2025 K1500 for regular maintenance. work. More
