Good morning 12/13/2025 Saturday @10:30am I love the dealership, and Stan is outstanding but your workers I'm not so sure about. I came in for an oil change and to have my windshield wiper looks at for dealership, and Stan is outstanding but your workers I'm not so sure about. I came in for an oil change and to have my windshield wiper looks at for a recall email that I was getting for my 2016 Chevy equinox and. I also scheduled for an oil change as well. Stan informed me that I was the first one in the bay for the oil change at 1040am, however I was at the dealership form 1030am until 1:20pm. I say all of this to say that I feel it should not have taken that long just to change my oil and there was no complication. I think in the very near further the company should hire better skilled and effect workers because people have thing to do on their off days and not spend half of their morning wait on an oil change which should have only taken 30-40 mins. at the most. But I still love the deal ship and continue to bring my vehicle to them I have been going to Team Chevrolet in Vallejo, Ca. for well over 20 years. Monique Perry More

I purchased my new car from Team Chevrolet 7 years ago and have been taking it to the service department there ever since for routine maintenance. Erlinda Delgado is my service advisor, and she is the ab and have been taking it to the service department there ever since for routine maintenance. Erlinda Delgado is my service advisor, and she is the absolute best!!! She makes me happy when I see her because she is always finding me discounts, and she keeps me laughing. She provides excellent customer service and makes me feel like I am a valuable part of the Team Chevrolet family! The service department is awesome! They do a great job working on my car and provide a video of the repairs done on my car, as well as an overall "wellness check". My car gets "green lights" every time because I take it to Team Chevrolet and no place else. Keep up the good work! More

My two interactions with the service department here have not been the best comparing to others, and compared to where re located our vehicle to (local competitor). We take our cars to a dealership for best service and experience, knowing it comes with a premium cost. There’s room for improvement. I sense that the management/leadership is likely the result of their teams performance. They tried to resolve our $90 price issue (on an $8,000 job) in person once I showed up to take the vehicle to another dealer, already notifying them of our intentioned before we got there. There were several opportunities prior to our arrival to resolve it, so we moved on and are very happy with the other dealer. More
