This pleasantry and professionalism really stands out to me. I’ve shopped around at other dealers and made set appointments like I did with Tiffany, and all of them fell through. Tiffany later introduced me to her teammate Nate to help with additional questions I had. Nate just like Tiffany, was professional and courteous. Nate helped me out greatly with pricing and it is not very often you’ll find a dealership that is willing to honor Kelly Blue Book pricing. And Nate was able to extend my warranty at no additional cost. I have already referred friends and family members to these two. If I’m in the market for another vehicle I will repeat business with Tiffany and Nate! More

I was told I could get a paper manual printed out. This was asked for from the very first when going in to buy a car. If we are paying good money for a car, especially one that was not to my specifications, and I requested a paper manual, it should be available and able to be attainable I never would have sealed the deal unless I got what was promised. What if my phone was not with me or was not working, or stolen? What if an emergency happens and one needs an immediate answer? A paper manual in the glove box is the answer. I was not told the truth in any case. I have spoken to many friends and people in offices. They feel the same way, paper manual to immediately refer to is the way to go. Even an attorney agreed. Next I will try Chevy Corporate to see if I can get one. Your dealership does have nice people to deal with and saying that, I have purchased three cars from you all over the years. I only come to your dealership for service for the duration, even when not under DGDG. Prior owner was quite community oriented and very nice. Service center is great and I have no issues or problems with them. Erlinda is wonderful, Luz, and Stanley. All are wonderful. It is an unfulfilled issue which is a paper manual that was asked for in the beginning that is the issue. I was told it could be printed out. More
Not my favorite dealership. Staff is not very friendly. I had an appointment just for an oil change. Staff left me standing waiting to get checked in, then it took over 15 minutes to check me. Then they tried to convince me to buy other unnecessary services. What was even more annoying was it took over 2 1/2 hours for my oil change when I had a prescheduled appointment. I watched others who came in after me, all leave before me. I never ever use this dealership unless it’s absolutely pressing. More
