Avoid this place at all costs. We brought in our 2021 GMC Sierra diesel already knowing the issue, the GMC app literally told us what was wrong. Pete, the service manager, flat out dismissed it and insisted on a completely different repair. We were charged thousands of dollars to “replace” a radiator that did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. We drove off the lot and the check engine light was STILL ON. When we brought it back, they suddenly admitted the original issue we told them about was the real problem all along. Instead of owning their mistake, they charged us AGAIN another diagnostic fee and another $1,000 to fix what should have been done the first time. To make matters worse, the one thing they claimed they were going to “help us out on” turned out to be something that was actually covered under warranty. So not only were we misled about the repairs, we were also misled about what we should have been paying for in the first place. We also had to fight just to get the old radiator back so we could try to recover some of the money THEY wasted. Pete’s behavior was completely unacceptable angry, rude, talking down to my mother, and trying to blame us for their incompetence. This is not how a professional service department operates. This place is dishonest, careless, and completely unaccountable. They wasted our time, our money, and then treated us like the problem. We will never return and neither will our fleet of GM and DOT certified vehicles. We will be telling everyone we know to stay far away from this dealership. If you value your money and basic respect, go anywhere else. More
