Definitely Do Not Recommend This Dealer From the sales room to my last experience with their service dept., they only seem to be after a buck. I won't detail everything but first, the salesman with whom I had made an appt. at Chevrolet's suggestion was half an hour late. Then he tried to talk me out of the cars I was interested in, only trying to sell more expensive models. When I finally decided on one, he and some fast talking associate rammed buying the extended warranty down my throat without really explaining it. Waste of money. Turns out that warranty is not much more than a repair work insurance policy which Chevrolet does not even control. And like any insurance company they can deny your claim, which was almost the case with my last visit. Then the service dept. did not even bother to let me know when the car was ready to be picked up. To top it off, they removed my windshield sticker from Jiffy Lube saying when my next oil change was due. Naturally, they "discovered" other maintenance issues which were not covered by the warranty, which cost twice as much as they should have. I'm done with these people. More

Unexpected, but enjoyed. Mr., Carter is like me, he and I talk too much but it was enjoyed, he knew his job, very up front on all details.. I figured with all the recent repair work on the old truck and now a new reboot of the computer it is stupid too give it away...Mr., Carter and the gentleman that works in the front part of store in the repair lobby do a good job and represent the company very well. They have too be good people to put up with me...but I am happy with the chev., in Goldsboro all of them are decent and good people. More
