Traded in a paid off vehicle to purchase a brand new 2024 Chevy trax. The car had issues immediately (2 days) after not even having 130 miles on it. Screens would go completely blank to where you couldn’t see how fast you were driving and the radio system went out also. Wasn’t safe to drive without knowing your speed and such. The dealership had the vehicle the first time for two months and then we still kept having issues the dealership offered us a “buy back” stating the vehicle was faulty and what they said must just be a bad vehicle. They call my husband to come in for the “buy back” the same exact vehicle we have and they want him to pay a difference of $19k!! Like WHAT! You guys admit to this being a faulty car but want us to pay an extra $19k. I DON’T THINK SO!!! This will honestly be the last vehicle we EVER purchase from them. More

Mislead me about price initially, car doesn't have all the features stated on window sticker. Check engine light came on 12 hrs after purchase and low tire pressure, took it back to dealership and said I the features stated on window sticker. Check engine light came on 12 hrs after purchase and low tire pressure, took it back to dealership and said I wanted my money back and they said they would fix all the issues. They didn't, tire pressure light still on, they refused to replace sensor. This is a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Also asked to speak to a manager I dealt with when I purchased, didn't get him I had to deal with the "financial guy". I would avoid this place, not trust worthy at all. I am going to complain to the BBB, state general attorney and Chevrolet and every where I can. More

The worst vehicle i ever brought. I tried trading my vehicle found out it was wreck 3 times before I brought it. When i first got it try trading for another vehicle that was within I tried trading my vehicle found out it was wreck 3 times before I brought it. Very disappointed. They had a Chevy truck I was very interested in, was trying to figure out what day and time I could be there that week. It was less than 24 hours and I get a email response letting me know an appointment had been set for me and even though I let them know that didn't work for me they let me know they would contact me and let me know if it is sold?? When I contacted them there was no mention my appointment was dependent on a prior buyer's decision. Highly disappointed, really like the truck, it caused me to drive much further to get something I liked. I was highly disappointed in the customer service. What happened to pleasing the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More

They kept trying to get my SS# and I told them I don’t want them to run anything, I just want a pricing and detail on the jeep. The sales manager was so rude to me, he pretty much in a nice way told me to F*** off your wasting my time; all because I wasn’t buying today. Would NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE EVER!
