As he did this most of the employees just stood around and watched. The service managers only comment was we have customers in here. He was patient as I didn't know 100% what I wanted. After a smooth transaction and fair trade price I sat with Glen. He was very efficient in explaining all the terms in detail with me so I knew what I was signing. All around good store, friendly staff, and honest people.
