I emailed the dealership and Bill Munz responded instantly via email. I was surprised because it was 11:30 at night. I was looking for a new Charger with a trade in of an '08 Charger. Then the following morning I got a follow up call from Chris Graham. I was impressed by the customer service even though I hadn't even stepped foot into the dealership. I then set up an appointment for later that day and was greeted by Bill Munz at the door. The process was a little bit different than any other dealership because I was treated more like a friend than a customer. They broke down exactly what I wanted and needed in my Charger. Then the Charger was pulled up to the front of the building like it was some kind of valet service. I was very pleased with the customer service I was getting. I loved the Charger I test drove and Bill guaranteed I would get an excellent deal. Then the general sales manager, DJ, came over and personally set up a deal that met all of my needs financially. This was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership and I would recommend this place to any of my family or friends. Thanks Bill, Chris & DJ for an amazing car-buying experience! More

purchased a used dodge 30,000 truck. they gave me one key and stated there was a key upstairs in a safe, that i had to come back the previous day, upon arrival on the previous day they said there was no spar and stated there was a key upstairs in a safe, that i had to come back the previous day, upon arrival on the previous day they said there was no spare key. i contacted the previous owner of the vehicle he stated he gave them 3 keys to that truck. spoke with the manager he said the maybe"lost the other 2 keys" just sounds fishy. soungs like to me they are taking the new dodge keys and reprograming them and selling them. i had to purchase a new key which was 200$. do not use this dealership More

The process I see people speak about on here where they bring you directly into the dealership seems like some sales associates may do that, however in my case I set an appointment and Chris explained to me that coming into the dealership and him showing me options first hand would make the process much easier. I actually can't even believe they were able to get me the deal I needed because of how much I owed on my truck. Very happy. More

We stopped by to look at a base model Ram truck, we were just barely out of our vehicle when we were approached by a saleswoman that had to take us right inside to try to get all of our personal information just barely out of our vehicle when we were approached by a saleswoman that had to take us right inside to try to get all of our personal information, before we could even look at any truck. After an hour we finally got out to the lot to look around, we were shown trucks that were way over our budget, ($30,000 plus), meanwhile we just came in to look. We were lied to about mpg ratings, we were not interested in anything that she showed us, but she wasnt listening to what we really wanted. Then we had to go back inside and meet practically the whole staff, for whatever reason, but we went along with it because we did not want to be rude. We finally managed to leave, we could not wait to get out of there, we have never had such a bad experience at a car dealership. Then we got phone calls for the next couple of weeks after, constant pestering!! We ended up going to Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and buying exactly what we were looking for with no pressure, THE best experience that we have ever had, I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Chrysler product. Bought a vehicle here last year and had a great experience. Recommended others to addy's and addy's got the business. Came in this year to see options on trade in. Love current vehicle but wanted to see if maybe I could rock the same payment on a newer van with longer term. Waited 3 hrs for an answer - turned down the deal. No biggie. The PROBLEM: got a call from Ronan (Roman?) the next day saying they found a bank that could get me the deal I was looking for. Yay! So I fought rush hour traffic on 501 to get there to make a deal. Waited 15 min for Ronan and got a sales manager that offered me a worse deal than the day before!!! What?! Asked again for Ronan and Greg came over (remembered him from the day before) and introduced himself as Ronan and apologized for wasting my time to come out there cuz there was no deal that was offered on the phone. Bottom line: management is okay with employees lying to repeat customers. To Addys: I work in myrtle beach and work with the public. I have sent business your way and your staff knows it. I will never do it again and will be very vocal about the negative experience I had. I would have came back and sent more people your way, but because you called me back and then lied to my face once I gave up another evening for you, I will never recommend addy's again. You pissed on me a little too much. More

WARNING!!! Please stay away from this dealership. I have been buying new vehicles for over thirty years and this place is of the likes that I have never seen before. Went into Addy's Harbor Dodge to trade i been buying new vehicles for over thirty years and this place is of the likes that I have never seen before. Went into Addy's Harbor Dodge to trade in my vehicle for a new one. They played the bait and switch game on the trade in value of my car, that is when your verbally promised one thing, and something else is put on your contract papers. They got me for over $500.00. When I realized this, I tried calling them for days with no reponse from anyone. Finally I was told there is nothing they can do, and to stop calling the dealership. What a wonderful way to treat your customers!!! But what was more incredible, was the way they had the sales routine worked out. The only thing I can compare it to, is the sales pressure tactics they use in timeshare sales. They take there customers (victims) and set them at tables and use high pressure sales tactics. Then 2 or 3 other salesmen will come over and try to pressure you until you give in. I spoke with one lady while I was in there, who said she was in there for over four hours being pressured into buying a vehicle she did not want. Something needs to be done with this business, they are totally out of control. Please go to Better Business Bureau's website and take a look at the complaints against them. There are too many other reputable dealerships in the area to be dealing with these crooks. Shame on the owner's for allowing this to happen!!! More
