I went to purchase a 2009 Dodge Charger from this location. The sales manager was not friendly, nor customer oriented. He gave me the impression that he was short on time, and didn't want my business location. The sales manager was not friendly, nor customer oriented. He gave me the impression that he was short on time, and didn't want my business. This location had the car I wanted, I had money in hand, and was ready to buy that day. However, the sales manager didn't have time to talk to me about the car. When I am about to put that kind of money down on a new car, I expect to know a little about the particular car I am buying. I felt that I was blown off. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. I'm glad I did. I'm very happy with my Dodge Charger I purchased in Hilton Head. If you need a Charger check out Rick Hendrick. Customer service is 100 times better than Addy's Harbor Dodge. More
