I live in NH but am in Myrtle Beach, staying at a camp ground. My 2021 RAM 2500 told me that it was time to have the oil changed. I contacted Team Dodge Ram of Myrtle Beach to see what they had availabl ground. My 2021 RAM 2500 told me that it was time to have the oil changed. I contacted Team Dodge Ram of Myrtle Beach to see what they had available. Boom- was able to get my truck in the next morning. The process was very easy with instant text communication and reminders. Oil change day found me driving to Team Ram to find that the service associates where very friendly and attentive. As I waited, in the cozy waiting area, I received an update text with recommended work. After a short discussion with the service advisor, I authorized additional work based on the need and the price. The truck was delivered at the allotted time and price. In closing, I found the experience at Team Dodge Ram of Myrtle Beach one that was much better than similar dealership experiences in NH. Congratulations on a job well done. More

It’s hard to rate because my service writer Geremy was great went out of his way to help me out, but paid 195.00 to have my vehicle come out worse then when I brought it in, and to me, was handed a bunch great went out of his way to help me out, but paid 195.00 to have my vehicle come out worse then when I brought it in, and to me, was handed a bunch of BS.
