Great People to work with from sales through service! Sales works very hard to find the vehicle you need to obtaining financing for you. When you need something at a later time they jump right in and get Sales works very hard to find the vehicle you need to obtaining financing for you. When you need something at a later time they jump right in and get that for you also. Service department always listens to every detail of the problem then gets it diagnosed and fixed. They keep me updated on the progress and if I need a ride or a loaner they always have that for me as well. Marlaina and Vaughn are great customer service representatives and always make me feel like a valued customer. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Addy's in the past 6 1/2 years. Will likely go there first when I am ready for the next one! More
Other aspects of the dealership could use some improvement for sure. They replaced a power steering line and it failed soon after. Blew the oring out of the fitting because it was most likely dama improvement for sure. They replaced a power steering line and it failed soon after. Service Fiasco My car was brought in for a routine service. I was told the turbo needed to be replaced. The parts were back ordered for a month. I was given a loaner to drive while we waited on parts. I was called on a Thursday to be told that my car was ready. I live over an hour away from the dealership. I told them that I would need to make an appointment to come get my car. No one returned my phone calls to make an appointment to get my car so exactly one week later, on the following Thursday, I was able to send a friend to pick up my car since I could not get off of work. Within a week of having my car back, the AC stopped working. There were AC lines that the dealership replaced for me on the initial repair. I called to make an appointment to have the AC fixed. (It was not broken when I originally took it in. They called to inform me that they discovered dry-rotten lines that they were repairing.) I was called by Steve, who left hostile voicemails, and informed that I needed to find another dealership because they would not be giving me another loaner since it took me so long to return the other one. I said that I had no intention of ever taking another loaner. I simply want my car fixed and expect them to stand behind the repairs made. I was informed that I needed to find another dealership. Today, my car, 2 weeks out of the shop for a nearly $3,000 repair, has a broken AC and NO OIL. When I pop the hood my AC cap is missing. When I checked the dipstick because my car was not driving up to par, it was dry. The oil level does not even register on the dipstick, and the underside of my motor is covered in oil. Clearly, the green check mark off on all fluid levels being filled and no leaks in the vehicle is not accurate. To say I am angry and disappointed is an understatement. I will never recommend this dealership and will never recommend a Fiat. More
Car door lock I had just purchased a dodge van and 2 months later I realized that the passenger side read door would not lock but all the other doors would lock. After talking to Steve and Jerry they came to a solution that certainly satisfied me. They went out of their way to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. Terrible Service Department I visited a Addys Dodge Service Department on January 12th 2015. While I was speaking with a service manager an employee of the service department beg I visited a Addys Dodge Service Department on January 12th 2015. While I was speaking with a service manager an employee of the service department began yelling and screaming curse words in the service department at another employee. As he did this most of the employees just stood around and watched. The service managers only comment was we have customers in here. I was in the dealership to check on a part for my seatbelt that they had ordered 5 weeks ago and never called me to tell me it had arrived. More
I went to the dealer to change the oil on my use dodge caliber a car that I own and I wasn't happy with, I was ready to change but I didn't know were to start.
