Horrible customer service. My mother in law purchase a battery from this location. Note this isn't the location she got her car from , but was the closest location to where she My mother in law purchase a battery from this location. Note this isn't the location she got her car from , but was the closest location to where she lives to get a new battery. They gave her a 100 month warranty battery which they have not honored.. their system supposedly do not have record of the transaction. When my wife went up there she literally got cuss out by a rep in the office saying "I ain't looking up xxxx" I have never heard of a dealership doing this. The battery literally says Honda and 100 month warranty on the battery. Horrible place. More

I love this dealership and have been going there for 10+ years. I live 30+ miles away and have another Honda dealership within less than 5 miles, but prefer Team Gillman Honda of Spring.
