They were dishonest and extremely disrespectful. After agreeing to a price before arriving at the dealer they tried to fool us into a higher price by holding the promotional finance rate hostage and makin agreeing to a price before arriving at the dealer they tried to fool us into a higher price by holding the promotional finance rate hostage and making it seem like we were getting a good deal. We ended up wasting 2.5 hours at this dealership with a crying baby. They also reduced the trade in value by $3000 vs what the online tool from their website suggested These people are snakes. I got a much better deal and experience at big star honda, well worth the drive to deal with people with integrity More
