Poor customer service. They really try to take advantage of black people and they will pressure you into a contract. Insurance and a warranty was added without nofying me of the prices and it took over 2 mo of black people and they will pressure you into a contract. The sales person advised me the winshield would be replaced because they sold it with a leaking winshield, but after i found that it was still leaking, he then said they only replaced the sealant. Bj, the sales manager, said that they dont even test cars when they replace the sealant because that would ruin it. So they sold a fauly winshield which is dangerous and didnt even make sure it was safe before handing it back to me. More
